He is a doctoral candidate in economic science and a practitioner and academician specializing in creativity and innovation management, entrepreneurship, business network and development, business analysis, communication skills, strategic human resources management, marketing management, change management, and MSMEs management.

She is a doctoral candidate in public administration and a researcher with expertise in human resource management, project management, strategic management, public policy, innovation, social welfare, and gender and equality. She is active in various scientific activities and forums and a public sector management and innovation consultant.

He is an academician and practitioner in competency development and certification. In addition to playing an active role as an administrator at the Indonesian Human Resources Practitioners Association (ASPHRI), he also serves as Director of the MSDM Professional Certification Institute (LSP) and a lecturer with expertise in management.

He is a passionate entrepreneur who sees challenges as opportunities for growth and development. Known for his perseverance and strong work ethic, Holil is committed to advancing and empowering local MSMEs to reach the next level. He enjoys watching films, traveling, and reading, which continuously enrich his perspective and inspire his creative work.
